Walk around queen bed, drop drown queen bed and two couches fold into beds. Also 2 recliners with ottomans. The pics show one table but there are two tables. If turned one direction they are two separate tables with room to walk between. If turned the other way they meet in the middle to make one large table. There is a ceiling fan in the living area. Triple axle with 1 year old tires. This trailer is stored in a fully covered storage unit. AC and heater work great. More storage space than you'll ever fill up. We love this trailer and have never seen one we like better for our family to haul our toys and have so much room to enjoy our evenings camping. Sad to sell it but we must.
